A Heartfelt Thank You: Reflecting on 2024

As 2024 draws to a close, I find myself looking back on this year with an overwhelming sense of gratitude and pride. It has been a year of growth, challenges, and incredible moments shared with so many of you—my clients, friends, family and community here in central Iowa.

This year, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most wonderful buyers and sellers. From first-time buyers stepping into their very first house to families selling cherished homes filled with memories, each story has been unique and deeply meaningful. To be a part of your journey is something I never take for granted.

2024 also brought new opportunities for me to grow as a REALTOR® and serve my community better. Whether it was diving deeper into the intricacies of acreages, guiding clients through the process of buying and selling simultaneously, or educating the public about changes in the real estate market (like the introduction of buyer agency agreements 🙄), I strived to stay consistent in delivering the expertise and care you deserve.

One of my favorite highlights of this year was reconnecting with past clients during Fire Prevention Week. Delivering fire blankets to many of your homes wasn’t just about safety—it was a chance to express my gratitude for trusting me with your real estate needs.

Moments like these remind me that this career is about so much more than buying and selling houses; it’s about building lasting relationships and strengthening the community I love.

As I reflect on 2024, I’m reminded of how fortunate I am to work in a place as special as central Iowa. From our small-town charm to the open spaces of our acreages, the Midwest truly is the best place to live, work, and raise a family.

To my clients: thank you for trusting me with your homes, your dreams, and your futures. To my community: thank you for your support, referrals, and kind words—they mean more than you will ever know.
