Central Iowa REALTOR® with Writers Block: No worries! ChatGPT to the Rescue!

Just as I was going down my to-do list today and noticed the next item up was to draft a new blog post, I realized... I have absolutely no idea what to chat about this week. 🙄

So I headed over to ask ChatGPT for some ideas and wouldn't you know it, it was already ahead of me (creepy, I know!) There was a pop up saying the memory had been improved and I should try asking it to "Describe me based on all our previous chats — make it catchy!"

Not gonna lie, I kinda like what it came up with (see below) and I think I'll use this as my sole introduction to new clients... just kidding! You can also rest assured the photos in this blog were also created by ChatGPT. These are the best versions as some were a little scary.
